Can I return my purchased products ?
As a team, we at Sura value happy customers and happy spaces. Hence, we create products with a great deal of love, attention and care. We typically do NOT exchange products once purchased. However, if there is a defect, wrong dimensions or wrong deliveries, we would accept a return and do the needful. To process your return, kindly email us at email@example.com, 14 days within receiving your order.
Is my order confirmed?

When will my order be shipped ?
Our products are handmade and we aim for it to reach you 10-14 days from date of ordering. For bulk orders, we will align on a convenient date. Should you need your products to be delivered urgently, do communicate that over whatsapp or email - we will see how best we can fulfill that request.
How can I track my order ?
Once we ship your order, we will share a tracking number from the courier service.
Can I gift wrap my order?
In a pursuit to support everyone to make sustainable life choices, we at Sura keep packaging minimal. We could gift wrap in a cloth bag and add a message from your end, to make your purchase special for your loved ones. You can opt for this during check-out.
